The People s Party has at pres ent 32 of the 100 seats in the lower chamber and holds six of the 15 posts in the coalition cabinet under Prime Minister Willem Drees. Mr. Drees belongs to the Labor Party, the second strongest poiiti cal group in the country, with 27 seats in the present parliament. The former Socialist Party, whose members at one time were exclud ed from the Sacraments, has been absorbed by the Labor Party which also includes a good many Catho lics. A total of 13 political parties or groups have entered candidates. When the board determines that a public? tion is offensive, it is to notify the city manager who will call on the chief of police to take action.
