The Donation Day and Open House will take place Sunday, Oct. 18. All proceeds will go to the hospital and Infant's Home. Furnishings for the lobby were obtained by the Guilds with funds raised through such projects as Donation Day. Plans are being readied for the annual Donation Day and Open House for the benefit of St. Anns Hospital anu Infants’ Home, spon sored by the 41 Guilds of St. Ann’s. The event will take place Sun day, Oct. 18, from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. and the public has been in vited to visit the hospital and home at that time, primarily for the pur pose of becoming better acquainted with the institution. The hospital, one of the finest women's hospitals in the area, cares for both maternity and gyne cology patients. The Infants Home has facilities to care for some 40 infants from birth to twro years. A tea will be held in the guild room and the public is invited to attend. In addition, there will be a variety of fancy work on display together with cakes, cookies and other baked goods.
