Sports of the Times Columbus’ Ralph Guglielmi closed out a brilliant football career as Notre Dame quarterback last Saturday when he guided the Irish to a win over Southern Methodist. “Googs”, who has been selected on every All-American team that has been announced so far. will be graduated this June from Notre Dame Arch Ward, veteran sports editor of the Chicago Tribune gave Ralph the highest possible praise last week when he said Guglielmi was the greatest of all Notre Dame quarterbacks.
