N*w* Service) BOGOTA, Colombia The Holy See has approved lhe organization of a Latin American RishopC Council with a general secretariat in Bogota to coordinate and develop the activities of the Church in Latin America. Plans for the formation the l^tin American Bishops’ Con ference held in Rio de Janeiro at the time of the International Eu charistic Congress jf July, 1955 The council will meet at least once a year at its headquarters here.
