Dwyer of Reno told Catholic lawyers gathered here for the American Bar As sociation Convention that what is needed is “a genuine ipostolate for the Christian concept of law as reason and as wisdom.” He urged them "to under take a serious, thoroughgoing rostudy of the foundations of the law—divine, natural and human—os the necessary pre paration of such an a posto late." The Nevada prelate said this is a sermon prepared for deliv ery at a Red Mass, sponsored by the St. Thomas More Society of the Dallas-Fort Worth Diocese. They would pre fer to say that la-- is nothing more than sanctified social cus tom, and that it has no more validity then that which so» defy, from time to time, choos es to confer upon it. They deny that law has anything to de with wisdom, or reason any thing te do with law." He warned the lawyers and BUYERS' •Tfc* Saeee Thei Furniture A Appliances 57-59 W.
