It was drawn up at a meeting of the Student Councils of 11 city high schools. Three Catholic schools wore represented Ca thedral Sacred Heart Central and Scecina Memorial. Text of the code is: “We the teen agers of Indian apolis. recognizing that undesir able conduct is detrimental to the reputation of all teenagers, hereby adopt and uphold this code of good conduct: "1. We will always practice good sportsmanship. "2. We shall always be re spectful of others' rights and properties, realizing these are the responsibilities of dom. "3. College Students Across U.S. Pray for Hungarian People DAVENPORT. Iowa (NC) As part of a nation-wide day of prayer for the beleaguered people of revolt-torn Hungary sponsored by the National Federation of Catholic College Students, a Mass was offered in Christ the King chapel of St. Ambrose’s College here. Teenagers Start Own Fight Against Printed Filth S1ANCHESTER, N.H (NC) Teen-agers themselv es have started a demand here for the removal of “filth” and “trash” from the city’s newsstands. Representatives of more than 300 young people, mostly students at Bishop Bradley High School, met with Manchester's Police Chief Fran cis P. McGranaghan, to discuss the situation. John P. Falcone. 17. president of the student council at Bishop Bradley High School, who was in the group which conferred with Police Chief McGranaghan. said: ‘'Over in Hungary and Poland it's been the teen-agers who are taking the ball. Here there are things we can do for democracy, too. "This all started because a group of high-schoolers went into a downtown drug store*fre quented by teen-agers for a coke. They didn't happen to be buying any magazines, but the newsstand is pretty close to the soda fountain. “They saw these magazines and asked the store keeper if he had any children. He said he did.
