St. Charles, fielding a track team for the first time this year under coach Earl Vermil lion, saw it* meets against Groveport, Whitehall, East moor and Grove City washed away by the heavy rains. This week, the Cardinal thin clads were to meet New Albany and Summit Station at the lat ter's field on Friday. Next Thurs day. the Cardinal cindermen will meet Westerville at the latter's field. At any rate, the athletes were all hoping that the rains would stop long enough this week so they could get in action.
