In the Prep division Corpus Christi and St. Mary played a close game. It was an exciting game with the lead shifting back and forth many times. Corpus Christi finally picked up a three point lead and went on to win. The final score was Corpus Christi 55. St. Mary 50. The Senior Division game be tween St. Mary and Corpus Christi was just as thrilling. Each team scored point for point until the closing minutes of play, when Corpus Christi went out in front and won by eight points. The final was Cor pus Christi 52, St. Mary 46. Girls’ Softball Leagues Set O. Girls’ elementary softball starts play April 29 and May 1. There are two leagues this year with 12 teams participating.
