By Margaret Adelfio
WA. 4-3803
The Sherwood Alumni Asso
ciation has announced that its
annual banquet will be held
June 16 and will be followed by
a Record Dance. At the annual
business meeting, which will fol
low the banquet, the nominating
committee will present a slate
of condidates for officers in the
coming year to be voted upon
by the membership present.
It is hoped that a large num
ber of alumni and their guests
will attend the banquet and help
support the association which,
among other works, has award
ed savings bonds to deserving
seniors in previous years.
The banquet at Ashton Meth
odist Church will begin at 7:15,
and the dance will follow it in
the old Sherwood Gym.
