The Bill of Complaint states in substance as follows: That the plaintiff is a resident of Montgomery County, Mary land and has been for more than one year immediately pre ceding the filing of this suit. That the defendant, Stella Hubble, is a non-resident of said County and State and is now residing at 2118 Jefferson Street, Bluefield, in the State of West Virginia. That the plaintiff and defend ant were lawfully married on the 12th day of November in the year nineteen hundred and sixty in Rockville, Maryland by a Minister of the Gospel. That there were no children born as a result of said mar riage. That immediately after said marriage he and the defendant lived together as husband and wife until the defendant with out any just cause or reason abandoned and deserted him. That said abandonment and desertion has been continuous and uninterrupted for more than eighteen months imme diately preceding the filing of this suit, is deliberate and final and beyond any reasonable ex pectation of reconciliation.
