AS TO REAL ESTATE: To be

claims, and encumbrances of
any nature, kind and descrip

its own motion, has adopted on
January 8, 1963 an amendment
to subsection (d) of Section
IQ3A-6, title, “Bonding and Li
cense, Licensing and Bonding
of Mechanics; State License.”
The adoption of this ordi
nance, numbered 5-1, will pro

run concurrently and be renew
ed annually.
It has been provided further
