The Bill of Complaint alleges that the plaintiff, Robert O. Viands, Sr., is an adult citizen of the United States, and a bona fide resident of Montgomery County, State of Maryland, and that he has been such resident for more than one year imme diately preceding the filing of the Bill of Complaint, and that the defendant, Mary R. Viands, also known as Mary R. Vires, ',ls an adult citizen of the United States, and presently resides at 1435 Euclid Street, N.W., Wash c ington, D. C. The Bill of Complaint further alleges that the plaintiff and ! the defendant were lawfully * married to each other on De cember 18, 1940, at Upper Marl boro, in Prince George’s Coun ty, Maryland, and that two children were born as a result of the marriage aforesaid, namely, Robert O. Viands, Jr., born December 3, 1941 at Char ; lottesville, Virginia, who is now an adult, married, and a resi ; dent of Hyattsville, Maryland; and Beverly Roberts Viands, bom April 13, 1942, and which child died four (4) months after birth, while a patient at the Childrens Hospital in Wash ! ington, D. C. | The Bill of Complaint further ; alleges that the parties hereto ! voluntarily separated in Novem ; ber, 1952, and that pursuant to I their agreement to live separate J and apart from each other, without cohabitation, they have since November, 1952 lived sep arate and apart from each other, without any cohabitation, ■ up to and including the present 1 time, and such separation is be -1 yond any reasonable expecta tion of reconciliation.
