The object of this suit is to

and the Petition states that:
The Petitioners are husband
and wife, residing at 9614
Singleton Drive, Bethesda,
Maryland, where they have con
tinuously resided for at least
the year next immediately pre
ceding the date of the Petition.
The person to be adopted is a
female infant, bom on June 12,
1945, in McMinnville, Tennessee.
The infant was delivered to the
care and custody of the Peti-I
tioners by the natural mother,
on the 14th day of November,
1946. The annual income of the
Petitioners is in excess of Ten
Thousand Dollasr (310,000) per
year. The infant to be adopted!
is related to the Petitioner,
Velma H. Camalier. The infant
and its natural mother, as well
as the Petitoners, are of the
white race and the Protestant
faith. The Petitioners desire
that the Infant be known as
Hazel Lucille Camalier. The
Petitioners further state that,
the exact whereabouts of the
natural father of the infant is
unknown, and the Petitioners
pray that they be granted a
Decree of Adoption so that they
may and always be as natural
parents to the adopted infant

July 27, 1946, and that four
children were born of the mar

WEIGER, and that said child
ren have resided with the
Plaintiff since the time of the
separation of the parties to
this proceeding.
That after the marriage the
Plaintiff and the Defendant
lived together as husband and
wife until December 28, 1959,
when they voluntarily separat

, that such separation has been
continuous for more than eigh

RESOLUTION NUMBER 1.
WHEREAS the Mayor and
Council of the Town of Glen
Echo adopted Charter Amend
ment Resolution Number 1 on
September 19, 1963, to adopt
a revised charter for the Town
of Glen Echo; and
WHEREAS a petition, re

That there were three chil
dren born as a result of said

NA J., thirteen years of age,
and NANCY J. DONALDSON,

lived together as husband and
wife until the defendant without
