Wilshire Gains Win Saturday At Kennel Ciub. Whips Field In 6V2 Length Effort Wilshire, F. B. Stilts' four year old captured a decisive win Saturday night in the feature race at the Key West Kennel Club when he finish ed six and a half lengths a head of Really True and Maynard. The win marked his se cond in as many starts. The issue was never in doubt for the classy brindle who jumped into the lead at the starting gate and never relinquished it for the win. Really True drove hard but never was a contender while Maynard finished a nose a head o fßesonator to capture third place. The winner paid 9.60, 4.20 and 3.80. Really True paid 3.40 and 3.20. A ticket on Maynard was good for 3.80. The Daily Double, Sand yMix and Judy Go, returned 32.60 while the Fifth Race Quiniela returned 118 00. Tonight’s feature race will pit a trio of top dogs, Bee’s Trouble, Travelling Bug and Vendome, in a race that promises to be a hotly contested duel. Bee s Trouble, who captured his last start in impressive fashion has been showing impressively to date. Vendome also emerged a winner last week and Withwin is about due. Other entries include Last Sum mer. Fire Hazard, Nick Lutz and Good and Glad. Post time is 8:15 p. m.
