That the first sen tence of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 426, Commission Series, of the Ordinances of The City of Key Wert, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. As used in this Ordinance, the word ‘Minor’ shall mean any person under the age of sixteen (161 years. Section 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 426, Commission Series, of the Ordinances of The City of Key West. Florida, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2. It shall be unlaw ful for any person, firm or corporation whose primary business it is to operate for the general public pinball machines, miniature elec trical target ranges, peep shows and all other coin-op erated games capable of be ing used as games of chance, as defined in Section 1 here of. to permit or allow the operation of said machines by minors, or knowingly to suffer or permit minors to enter, remain in or loiter about the premises where such coin-operated devices are maintained; provided, however, that it shall be law ful to permit or allow the operation of said machines by minors if said minors are accompanied by parent or relative. Section X That Section S of Ordinance No. 426, Commission Series, of the Ordinances of The City of Key West, Florida, be and the same is hereby amend ed to read ai follows: Section 3. It shall be in cumbent upon the manage ment of any such establish ment reasonably to determ ine whether the patrons of said establishment are mi nor* within the meaning of that term as defined in Sec tion 1 hereof; and If said patrons are determined to be minors, it shall be incumbent upon the management of the establishment to determine whether said minors are ac companied by parent or relative, as provided for in Section 2 hereof. Any person, firm or corporation, natural or artificial, conducting a business as described in Section 1 hereof, who shall fail to soundproof the premises in which said business is conducted, shall, after the date prescribed in Section 1 of this Ordinance, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in the Municipal Court of tho City of Key West, Florida, shall be fined not more than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($256.00).
