The supper was at tended by the Auditor General, the Clerks of bis department, the Deputies and Clerks of the various other departments, Aldermen Piuckney and Burr, and other friends of the guest. After the cloth was removed, the Auditor General presented, in bebaif of himself and the clerks of his department, a testimonial to tlw guest, ac companied by a short but excellent speech which was appropriately responded to by Mr. Jenison.
