cette Paroisse, sur l'oppoitunc d'émettre
des bonds de Paroisse, au montant de quinze
mille piastres, payable en trois a is. ami
d'aider à construire un chemin en planches
du Bayou («rosse Têteau (lerne Mississippi,
a été illégalement tenue, et beaucoup de
votes illégaux donnés.
Sur motion de Mr. John L. Lohdr II, il a
été Rê,„ta. Oue l'Avocat de Paroisse soit
autorisé d'adresser une pétition an Juge de
la Cour du Sixième District de l'Etat, lui
demandant le rejet de ces votes illégaux et
ie priant d'ordoner qu'il y avait une itaiori
•é des votaus qualifiés en laveur d'émettre,
' ■« dits bonds, et de donner au Juri de Ponce
