the said property will be definitely adjudicated to
the highest and last bidder for wiittt it will bring
at twelve mouths'credit. 1. The purchaser to as
sume the pavmen! «>f a promissory note for the
sum of $5*000, drawn by defendant to hi* own
order, and indorse d by himself, dated Jane 16, 1871,
payable two years after date, with interest at the
rate of eight per cent per annum from date
until final payment. 2. And for the balance
of the price of adjudication, 1)>e purchaser
furnishing bond with good and sufficient security,
bearing eight per cent intercut per annum from
date, and special mortgage on the property sold,
until final payment. Maid purchaser will have to
deduct and pay in cash the amount of printing,

of Iberia, Louisiana), containing a front ou said
bayou of 3 arpenls and 11 feet more or less, by tho
depth of 40 arpents in parallel lines, or lines di
vergent from eaid front, bounded above by the laiid
of the widow Pierre Dai by, dt censed, find below bv

house some t wenty arpents from the said bayou ex
cluded from the original purchase.
2. A TRACT OK LAN D, sit anted in the parish of fit.
Martin, at tho oriental side of the Bayou Tee lie, at

Tech©, with th© depth of 36 arpents, bounded osa
