Sec. 2. Be it further enacted, etc.,
That the capital stock of this cor
poration shall be one hundred thou
sand dollars, which may be increased
at any time, at the will of the direc
tors, to an amount not exceeding
twenty milliou:s of dollars. Said
capital stock shall be divided into
shares of one hundred dollaus each,
which shall be deemed personal
property, and shall be transfurablo
on the books of the corpeiation in
such manner as Its by-laws may
prescribe.

act shall form the board of dircctors

Sec. 8. Be it further enacted, etc.
Th'n at the ecpiration of cwery six
months the hoard of directors shall
make' a semi-annual statement, de- I
'daring a dividend among the stock
holders of three-fourths of the net
profits of the preceding six mohihs,
and the remainder of said profits
shall he-reserved as a sinking fund
for the better ;ieenritv of depositors,
and for future operetiolts, notwith
standing such conversion should in
crease the cnpital stock to an
amount beyond the ma-imum sum
limited in the first section of this
section of this net, until the winding
up of the affairs of the said corpo
ration, should any circumstances
render it necessary and proper to
bring the affairs of the corporation
to a final clos and settlement,wlhcn
the hoard ¼d~irectors shell have

sion appointed by thorn, toliquidais
adjust and airrange the affairs of the
said corporation in such a manner
as they mnay deem just and proper
for the interest of the stockholders;
and also to apportion equitably

ed, no dividend shall be made by
the said board.
