Mr. Burch, of East Baton Rouge, raised the point of order that as the House at its last sesuian had adopted a resolution designating Tuesdays and Satardays as the days on which resolution could be intro duced, and as the House had just adopted the rules merunig the last session, and thi resolution be ing a part and pereel of the said rules, and this being one of the days designated, it did not sequire a suspension of the rules to adopt the resolution.
