Webber A Cos., Feb. 27: After the first few minutes the market showed an Improved tone and price movements during the rest of the hour were gen erally toward a hlgherrange. There was some aggressive buying In United States Steel common which put the price of that stock to 60% against 69% early, and fractional advance also made in Union Pacific. Trading In In dustrials attracted the greater part of the attention of the speculative ele ment on the floor, and also Induced In creased outside interests.
