This new model, which is a six-cylinder car of seven-passenger capacity, will be shown for the first time at the Detroit Automobile Show, and we predict for it a welcome greater than will be received by any other new car exhibited. This Buick is equipped with the Buick Yalve-in- Head motor, improved and perfected beyond anything: hitherto attained even by Buick engineers. It will, we are sure, conform to the ideas of those who have always wanted a lancer Buick. “Repeat” orders alone, from those who have driven lancer Buicks in the past, will be sufficient to absorb all of these cars that can be built in the big Buick factory. As will be observed in the illustration, the new R ick has very distinctive body lines. It is a beautiful ca- to look at. and in performance it surpasses anything t‘ company has ever built. The motor is considerably lariror than the one used in the other Buick sixes, and develops sixty horse power with absolutely no effort. Ihe new car is beautifully finished .throughout. It has the double cowl, and the accompanying pictures will reveal anew conception of stream-line designing. Mechanically, the new Buick is in a class alone. In thousands of miles of road tests, under every conceiv able condition, it fairly out-did itself. Numerous refinements in detail make it an extremely easy car to handle, and in tire and fuel economy it surpasses any thing of its weight of which Buick engineers have any knowledge.
