practice,! laid down by his honor,
Judge Orlando Davis, at the
present term .of, the Circuit

1." The Appearance Docket will
be railed upon three separate day
or me term.
2. Upon the first call, in all ca
se where process has been duly
executed, and in which there is no
plea or demurrer filed, the plain
tiff may take judgment by default.
3. All demurrers to declarations
and picas in abatement, shall be
disposed of on the first call.
0. Upon the third call, all furth
er Questions of pleading shall be
settled and disposed of ; and upon
this call, if any party is in default
in his pleadings, the other party
may have such judgment entered
in his favor, as the state of the
pleading may justify.
6. No party shall be reouired
to take notice of any plea.Vennca-
tion, demurrer, or other pleading
unless the same is written on a
separ ite piece of paper, not joined
to or annexed to any other plead
ing and marked "filed" by the
clerk.
