June next, no person shall lake any stand, or
be stationary with any cart, waggon or other
vehicle inany of the streets of this town, for
the purpose of vending Ment, I'ish, Yegeta
bles or anv other article whatever,
. Sec. 2. Any person violating the above
act,shall pay asa fine the sum of one dollar,
for each and every offence, to be recovered
to and for the use of the town by complaint
or action of debt before the Justice’s Court
of this town.

port, and s<hall leave the same unburied in
the earth less than three fect below the sor

one hour, ghall forfeit onid pay for every such
