City of Vinita be and is hereby authorized and directed to purchase sidewalk warrants of the City at par, when th'-y have been approved for purchase by the City Attorney and City Council; also to purchase all sewer and paving bonds of the city at the b-gt price obtainable, after they have been approved for purchase by the City Council and the City Attor ney; also to purchaee any city war rant presented for purchase th.it has been drawn or may hereafter be drawn oa the salary, contingent and supply. Section 12. That the Treasurer, in his monthly report to the council, shall show the amount of such bonds and warrants purchased during- the previous month for the sinking fund, and the number of such bond3 and warrants redeemed for the sinking fund. Section 13. Fcr the reason that the credit of the City of Vinita demands the prompt fulfillment of its contracts, an emergency Is hereby declared to exist by reason whereof It is imme diately iiecesiiiT for the preserva tion nt public peace, health and safe ty that this Ordinance be In full force and effect from and after its passage and approval, and it is so ordered. Everybody come to the State Fair, and bring the whole family. There are mere people in Oklahoma who never attended an Oklahoma State Fair than there are those who have attended the same. M&haa, Secre tary. ts1 CARE FOR VISITORS State Fair Information Bureau Wiil Direct Visitors to Gsod Rooms The State Fair Association has again arranged to care for visitors and see that tiey get rooms utile attend ing the State Fair. The Association tas arranged to secure lists of avail able rooms and prices in private residences all over the city and has now a list much larger than ever before. During Fair week head quarters will be maintained in a prom inent location down town. Mineral Resources It is interesting to note the growth of exhibits made by the survey at the State Fair at Oklahoma City, the past few years. In 1903 the exhibit was given small space and consideration. Ia 1909 about six times as much space was used for the exhibit in tie exposi tion building. ThU year the display will be housed in a handsome, new, special building to be known as the Mineral Resource building, occupying a space of 50x100 feet in a prominent and conspicuous place on the ground.
