HOWbeautiful often have ^we seen women of fesftures, but with poor complexions attracting far less attention than women of merely ordinary features, bilV with complex ions superb and adorable. Faces clear and pure as lillfis r.rei the faces that conquer. There is only a small per •, centage of women who are really beautiful in featuijs. Providence alone regulates this circumstance. '4 But there are millions of women who little realize the tremendous advan tage which can fce secured by having a perfect complexion in spite of a lack of beauty of features. The quick changes which ,je now made possible in skin beauty are really startling, but it is regrettable tti note that the means employed to- obtain these changes are not onlyBweak, but use- "It Is Now Comparatively Easy to Make the 8kln Exquisite in a Very Short Time." less in most cases. It all depends on what you use. There is a formula which eclipses any preparation known for beautifying the skin. Its results are extraordinary. I advise every woman to stop using all other skin beautifying creams and use this for mula. Simply mix one tablespoonful of gylcerlne In a pint of water and add one ounce of zintone This forms a cream, use It liberally and very soon your skin will take on a most decided clearness and purity, and every muddy spot, red spot, freckle and blemish will have disappeared. This formula should mean a fortu' to the woman who uses it. The zin tone can be secured at any drug store at a moderate price. MRS. OPTB F.—There is a wrlnkle removing formula which has the pe cullar property of making the skin plump and vigorous. This is the only way in which all wrinkles, both litt.e and big. can ever be successfully re moved. The youthful appearance pro duced in a short time by the use of this formula Is really startling. Mix this at home by adding to a half pint "of hot water two tablespoonfuls of glycerine and two ounces of eptol. This makes half a pint of the cream, costing several times less than you would have to pay for a cream at the stores, and which would not be suc cessful. Any drug store will supply yoii with the splol. By using this orwm faithfully, art lU«raUy, you was Invited to send delegates' to the second annual municipal conference to be held at Iowa City on November 19 and 20 under the auspices of the extension department of service to the commonwealth and to the people, of the state university. The subject of water works will be given chief consideration' at this meeting. The program has not yet been fully pre pared*, but will be sent to the city later. The lowa-Nebraska football game will be held on the day after the convention and Is expected to be a big factor to securing a good at toj^dapce at the conference. .V-.' r, EVERYBODY BOOST. It is not gen erally known that blackheadB mar be thoroughly removed in a few minutes by getting a sponge, wetting it with hot water, sprinkling some neroxin on it, and then rubbing It on the blackheads. It Is almost magic in result and every blackhead will disappear. Do this every day and you will not be troubled further. It works equally well in very severe cases. v. .$ & SARAH M. By moistening the hairs with simple sulfo solution, every hair, heavy and light, disap pears In a few moments, instead of leaving a red spot where applied as other depilatories do, the skin, on the contrary, is left soft, smooth and clear.
