May, 1901. Said bonds shall not be sold
for less than their par value and ail bids
shall be made for the net amount to be
received by the board of trustees for
said bonds. A certified check or its
equivalent, for the sum of twenty-five
hundred ($2,500) dollars must be depos
ited with the clerk of the board of school
trustees as a guaranty of good faith, by
each person bidding upon said bonds.
Any and all bids may be rejected by the
board of trustees.
