Montana, providing for reasonable attor nev fees, and made, executed and delivered by the defendant, the Silver olad Mining company, O. A. Tur ner, its president, the payment of which said note was by the said O. A. Turner in consideration of one dollar ($1) to him paid, guanranteed; also for the sum of seventy-live dollars ($75), alleged to be a reasonable attorney's fee, provided for in said note, and for costs of suit. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer the said com plaint, as above required, the said plaintiff will enter your default, take judgment against you for the sum of $800, with later est thereon at the rate of one per sent per mouth from the 22d day of September, 1891, and for the sum of $75, and costs of suit.
