APPEAL FROM DEClSION
OF COUNTY DADS FILED
C. H. Finley, well-know building
contractor, has made an appeal
from a decision of the board of coun- I
ty commissioners. The action was
filed in the district court yesterday.
The plaintiff alleges that a claim
for $22.50 was disallowed by the board
' and he seeks to force a payment of
the amount through the district-court
route.
Finley did some carpenter work for
the county arid only a portion of his
claim, was allowed by the commission
ers.
