Court Noux.
In the district court yesterday
Douglass McKcuzlo, Jesse McFarlaud
and Emmet McCoy each received a
sentence of two years' hard labor in
the penitentiary for burglary. The
county attorney, in each case, entered
a nolle prosequi as to indictments for
theft. This is light punishment for
housc-brcakorH- murderous invaders
of " sacred " homes. It costs some less
fortuuate specimens of humanity al
most as much to go to sleep without
permission.
