timber sold said defendant.
And the said defendant will further
take notice that it is required to appear
at the next term of the Superior Court
of Camden County to be held on the
Seventh Monday before the first Mon
day in September, it being the 14th day
of July, 1919, at the court house in said
county and answer or demur to the
complaint in said action, or the plain
tiff will apply to the court for the re
lief demanded in the complaint.
