tax collectors of such parishes, It shall be the
daty of the tax collectors Immediately to prepare
an aslmement roll from the original lists of tax
dabl property and copies of delinquent list de.
posited in and of record in the Recorder's ofice
in sach parish, and immediately on the basis of

due the State and parish; and provided further.

be the proper person on whom oitation and all
legal or other notices and writs shall be served.

capital stock of said company shall be twenty.
five thousand dollars, In shares of twenty-five
dollars each, payable flifty per oentum cash on
subscription, on the demand of the secretary, the
balance in lIstallments not to exceed twenty per
centum, on call of the board* of directors, and
after ten days' notice; providted, that the capital
stock of the company may be at any time in
creased by a majority vote of the stootholdere at
an especial meeting called for that purpose, to a
sumgnot to exceed fifty thousand dollars.

transfers of stock shall be made upon tale books
of the company only; that all forfeitures of stock
shall be declared by the board of directors at a
regular meeting, and shall be entered on the
books of the company. All forfeitures of stock

the declaration of forfeiture by the board of di
rectors.
