Key, saw, on Tuesday last, at or near. Fayette, in a tree, a bird ' which had a piece of paper attached to him by a cord, and which had become b somehow entangled in the cord so as to be unable to get loose. Young Truly p climbed the tree, caught the bird, and read the writing on the paper. It read L thus: i "Turn John Jackson out of prison, or C I will destroy your city. Do unto otherse as you would like to be done by. Turn D him out! Turh him out!l" Young Truly. in disengaging the paper so he could read it, released the tangles, a and the bird escaped with the paper, a but he remembers quite positivevely C what was written on it.-[Natchez Dem- I ocrat.
