HENDERSON, President, P. IRWIN, Vice Presi

The Board declared out of the net profits of
the Company for the past twelve months 10 per
cent interest; also 2 per cent dividend on the
paid up capital, and 20 per cent dividend on
premiums paid by stockholders (making, with
the rebate., 35 per cent on premiums). Said in
terest and dividends to be placed to the credit of
the stock notes.
Interest and dividends on full paid stock pay
able in cash at the office of the Company on and
after J ne 1¢ Drox.
