[No. 4140--Administration Series ] Whereas, by section 12 of ordinance No. 8121, as amended by ordinance No. 8148, Administra Ma4 Series, it is made the duty of the lessee of the wharves and levees to keep always in good order and repair the wharves, levees, bulkheads, ode.: therefore, be it iesoloed, That the Oity Surveyor be and he is hereb instructed to issue orders to said lessee to lately repair the bulkheads in the Third Dtrio, from the lower cotton press to Piety Street; and in case of refusal on the part of said lessee to make said work and repairs, to have the same made forthwith at the expense of the said leeee, as per section No. 14 of the above aeutlened ordinance.
