Orleans and district aforesaid, duly de.
clared bankrupt under the act of Congress of
March 2, 1867, has this day fAled in said court a
petition praying for a discharge and certificate
thereof from all his debts and other claims
provable under said act. Notice is therefore
given to all creditors who have proved their
debts, and all other persons in interest, that
the twenty-ninth day of December. 1877. at 11
a m., is assigned for the hearing of the same
and that they may then and there attend and
show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of
the said petition should not be granted; and
further notice is given that the bankrupt will
undergo an examination before Register J.
Ward Gurley. Jr., on the twenty-sixth day of
December. A. D. 1877, at 11 a. m., at his office,
