PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY. lEXTRA BEFRION, 1373. )o.28.] AN ACT To authorize the Board of Liquidation to re imburse the Fiscal Agent out of the fund known as the "Redemption of the Public Debt Fund," or any surplus fund belong nlog to the tate referred to in act No. 58, approved March 12, 1877 and act No. 77, approved April 19, 1877, for advances made by the Fiscal Agent under direction of the Board of Liquidation, to provide for the payment of the interest*on thd consolidated bonds of the State, and to repeal all laws or parts of laws so far as the same may conflict herewith.
