the court room was filled to-day,
McQrath has lost his left leg as the
result of tho wound received when
Young fired at him ns McGrnth stood
at tho Young door. Despite this fact
a Jury in Newark refused to consider
uny damage nwnrd when McGrath
sued for 175,000 several months ago.
To-day tho criminal trial started.
Young keeps a large general store,
Is wealthy, a collector of diamonds anJ
appeared In court to-day with sev
eral rareo stones adorning his tie and
fingers. He asserts that It was his
fear of being robbed which caused him
