Mr M. was engaged in moving, and on tbe corner of Greenwich and Christopher its he met Sanders, who followed him down Greenwich to Morton and ap Morton about half the distance to Hudeon.? He then paased Mr. M and faced round and tired at him. The ball rolled oat of the pistol before it was fired, but the full charge of powder was lodged in bis face. A daughter of Mr. Morgan was walking with at the time. Sanders, aeeing tl at he bad not effected bis object, retreated a ihort distance and fired another pistol at Mr. M., but without injuring him. The Jury returned a verdict that the deceased came to his death by wounds inflicted by his own hand, while partially insane. By direction of bis wife, tbe body was taken in charge by an undertaker, who was di' rected to have it properly interred.
