The sale of the former home of the Knickerbocker Athletic Club, at the southeast corner of Plfth-ave. and Forty-fifth-st.. was knocked down to Adrian Iselin, the plaintiff, for 1410,000. The mortgage which Mr. Iselin held was for J400.000. It waa announced about three months ago that the property had been sold for about $550,000. At that time the foreclosure suit was pending, and It was supposed that th* suit -would be dropped. It Is Impossible to say how much of a loss the sale to Mr. Iselin for $410,000 represents.
