The marriage was annulled en the ground that Mrs. Garvan had a hushand liv ing when she married Mr Garvan. In his report the. referee says that -from IH>B to Ml Mrs. Garvan •w-as known as the wife of Harry F. Kimball. of Boston, Knd in 1901 they Jointly filed a petition in bankruptcy in Boston."
