Company resold the GiUender Building, a
19-story bank and office building, at the,
northwest corner of Wall and Nassau
streets. It recently bought the property
through Huston B Asinarl from Mrs.
Helena L,. GiUender Asinari for about
$1,500,000. It has leased from the buyer for
its own use the ground floor and other
space in the structure for eighty-four years.
BROADWAY— Frank Eberhardt bought
the' Kent apartment house! a seven story
story elevator structure, on plot 75x100, at
the southeast corner of Broadway and 102 d
street. Theodore Ortmann and Caider &
Nassoit were the brokers.
AUDUBON AVENUE— Bert G. Faul
