'Loft Building in 25th Street Changes Hands — Large 87th
Street Office Structure Planned.

Dyckrnan district continue to be features
of the real estate market. Many persons
•*ho bought plots in the zone In the last

-Jieirholdlngs at a sum considerably larger
than they paid. One seller •was reported to
have said that he had realized about $50,000

It was learned yesterday that Gustavus
I. Lawrence, who has been prominently
Identified with building operations on
Washington Heights, is the buyer of the
block front on the south side of 215 th street,
from Broadway to Tenth avenue, recently
BSM by Hall J. How & Co. for Daniel B.
Frt-edman. He has also bought the five
lots at the northeast corner of Tenth ave
nue and 206 th street
A $300,000 midtown cleal yesterday was the
*ale by Benjamin R. Lummls, broker, for
John J. Geraty of the eleven story store
and loft building, on a plot 50x98.9 feet.

Plans have been filed for a twelve story
office buildinp. with stores, to be built from
