reported yesterday. A deal Involving about
SHU* as the purchase by O. D. Gray, of
the* Gray UthogTaphingr Company, of the
five story store and loft building, occupying
■ Plot *X 3* feet, at No. 443 Broadway, ex
tending through the block to No. 26 Mercer
street, from the Maxmados Realty Company
«S. H. Stono). The property Is between
Howard and Grand streets. Mr. Gray gave
In part payment for the Hudson-Grant View
Apartment, a six story elevator structure.

William A. "White & Sons negotiated an
other twenty-one-year leai-e for the Trinity

Canal street and Ham. 2 and 4 Sullivan
mill for Peter A. Frasse & Co.. one of

city. The aggregate rental will be about
$350,000.
Arrangements have been completed by
the North Side Savings Bank, John J.
Barry, president, for a new home, which
win be erected on the ea« side of Third
avenue, lust south of 163 d street, from plans
tiled yesterday by i>iward Necarshuhamen.
The building will be of brick and granite.

J. Clarence Davies, who is a director of
the bank, which has arranged for a ten

TO SELL SUBWAY LOOP SITE.
More than ordinary Interest is being ■
taken in the sale of the properties along;
the Centre street subway route to be held
To-day at the exchange salesroom. Nos. ;
14 and 16 Vesey street, by Joseph P. Day.
When the new municipal building is com
pleted three entrances of the Canal street
station -will be located on the properties to
be offered by Mr. Day. This Brooklyn
loop subway will probably be operated by
the Brooklyn Rapid Transit Company,
which has already applied for a franchise,
it. order to bnng its Williamsburg Bridge
traffic as far down into Manhattan as pos
sible.
Plans have been filed for a two story
*iore and office building to be built at the
'northwest corner of Fifth avenue and 125 th
street, with a frontage of PS.II feet on Fifth
avenue and 110 feet on the street. It is to
«ost $30.<00. The International Amusement
and Realty Company is the owner.
Plans have also been tiled for erecting a
four story rear extension to the four story
•tore and tenement house at the northeast
comer of Third avenue and 70th street.
The extension is to he used as store and
bath rooms, and is to cost $4,000. George
Ehret is the owner.
A theatre is to be built by the Shuberts
at the southwest corner of 41st street and
Sixth avenue. A complete report of the
leasing of the plot by one of the holding
companies will be found in another column.
