SUNKEN COAL BLOCKS OHIO Crew of Steamer Narrowly Miss Death When Craft Is Sunk. Pittsbars. June S.— Crashing into tbc steamer Rover, while going at full speed, the steamer Henry Loury sank tho Hover and blocked navigation on the Ohio River fry piling 240.000 bushels of coal hi the channel a half mile from Neville Island to da;. Justice Erlanger Yesterday approved a certificate of incorporation of the Academy of Political Science in the city of New York.
