WASHINGTON, Nov. 8.?The casualty lists made public by the "War Department to-day contain the names of 981 officers and enlisted men. Of these 225 were killed in action, 10t died of wounds, 88 died of disease, 3 died of accident and other causes, 37 were wounded severely, 151 were wounded slightly, 10G were wounded, degree undetermined; 269 are rrussing in action and 1 is in the hands of the enemy.
