Naturally, the contractors areusinc; the speediest, and most dependable mediums for excavating and hauling materials. Three six-ton Garfords arc carrying away all of the dirt, rock and debris taken out of Willoughby Street section. In addition, these same three Garfords are hauling all the materials used in the construction. Two of them work 24 hours a day even,' day making continuous round trips of two miles, carrying excavation one way and returning with full loads of crushed stone, sand and cement.
