Hlnes, Federal Director of Railways, covering allocation of rolling stock at a cost not to exceed ?4, 813,930, and Is suance of equipment trust certificates not to exceed that amount. Mr. Buckland said that the refunding plan of the company would not be acted on now, as the Director-General and the railroad management were not agreed on a plan. A special moetlng will be called when tho plan Is developed. Re valuation of the property will be com pleted soon. The Federal bureau has filed a preliminary report on buildings and other property aside from land, of which a separate valuation Is being made, "i'ho inventories have been made, and although It la impossible to give definite figures, assurances are that all that Is claimed for the property will bo attained.
