rounsfcl happened to be In tbe cell, and read the contents,
and at once advised Drury to have tbe parties
arrested, and In accordance with this ad?lc?, Lnatructlons

he went. The boy was followed from tbe prison through
two or three streets Into Bayard street, and tht one In a

Tombs before Justice Mountfort. On leamblng bis

an Injudicious one. But we think that when all the
facta In the case are fully known, any indlsoretlon
which our representative may have committed will be
attributed to a xealous desire to promote the Interests
