About twelve o'clock on Wednesday night, Captain libhle, of the Sixth district police, (eastern district,) with a posse of police, made a descent upon a house of ill fame in I'nion avenue, between South Fifth ami South Sixth streets, kept by a Herman and his wife. The officers met with considerable difficulty in gain ing admission, but finally succeeded, and proceeded to arrest the females.
